1. Scope
These terms apply to use of the RNIG platform and purchases made through it.
2. Accounts and Purchases
Users are responsible for account credentials and activity under their account.
A ticket purchase becomes binding after successful payment and confirmation.
3. Ticket Rules
Tickets are personal and non-transferable. Unauthorized resale is prohibited.
Admission may be refused if ticket ownership cannot be verified.
4. Liability
RNIG e.V. is liable under statutory provisions for intent and gross negligence.
For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages where essential obligations are affected.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by German law.
