Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Event Tickets

All ticket sales are final. Tickets cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded except where required by law.

2. Event Cancellation by RNIG e.V.

If an event is fully cancelled by RNIG e.V., ticket holders receive a full refund to the original payment method.

3. Membership Fees

Membership fees are non-refundable after acceptance of the membership application.

4. Duplicate Charges

If a duplicate charge occurs due to a technical issue, contact us and we will investigate and refund confirmed duplicate payments.
