Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Event Tickets — No Refunds

All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket purchase has been completed and payment confirmed, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are available — regardless of the reason.

As event tickets constitute leisure services tied to a specific date or period of performance, the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law does not apply (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB).

2. Non-Transferability

Tickets are strictly personal and non-transferable. They may only be used by the person in whose name the order was placed. RNIG e.V. reserves the right to refuse entry to any person presenting a ticket that was not purchased in their name.

3. Event Cancellation by RNIG e.V.

In the event that RNIG e.V. cancels an event entirely, all ticket holders will receive a full refund to their original payment method within 14 business days of the cancellation announcement. No additional compensation will be provided.

Minor changes to event details — including but not limited to adjustments to the programme, supporting acts, or venue layout — do not constitute cancellation and do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

4. Membership — Annual Subscription

Membership with RNIG e.V. is granted on a yearly basis. Each membership period runs for 12 months from the date of acceptance of the application. At the end of the membership year, the membership expires automatically — it is not renewed automatically, and no further fees are charged unless the member actively applies for renewal.

Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership has been accepted. Cancellation of a membership mid-year does not entitle the member to a pro-rata refund of the annual fee.

5. Duplicate Charges

If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a verified technical error on our platform, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if confirmed, refund the duplicate amount in full.
